Why should you work with a venue-finding agency?
If part of your job is to find venues for events that your company wants to run, whether for training, an awards ceremony or an AGM/Conference, you probably sigh a little when that task lands on your desk because it’s hard work.
The Difficult Task
Firstly, you need to find venues in your chosen location. Easy enough to get a list together. But then you need to know if it has the right number of bedrooms, the right sized meeting or event space, the catering is suitable, the tech you need is available, there is parking, and it all fits within your budget. Phew. Imagine doing that for five or six venues EVERY time!
You tell us what you want and where you want it, and we use our vast knowledge of venues coupled with the relationships we’ve built to get you the best rates at amazing venues, and then we send you a proposal full of options. Sometimes we pop in a ‘wildcard’ venue – something you didn’t request but might pique your interest.
The Easy Task
Once you’ve decided from the proposal which venue you prefer, we will arrange the contract for you to sign. In the lead-up to your event, we act as an intermediary between you and the venue, working on final details, rooming lists, seating plans etc. You work with us, and we act as an extension of your team.
The Big Benefit
Our service is complimentary to you. We take our fees from our suppliers, so we don’t need to charge you for finding your venue.
