Funding for support around High Performing Workplaces
Whether you are a small businesses of 2/3 people or a large business employing 100s of people, ESF funding is available through the West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges if you are based in the Leeds City Region under their High Performing Workplaces Project.
If your business is in Bradford, Calderdale, Craven, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds, Selby, Wakefield and York, a range of programmes are available through Pro-Development to support you, your team and your business around this.
Mentoring / Coaching – Through these sessions, we mentor/coach around business and personal performance including areas such as dealing with change, communication, problem solving, managing time, improving leadership, staff motivation and teamwork.
Online Team/Manager sessions – Online 2 hour modules over a number of months combining development workshops and action learning to create a sense of team and support your people. A wide range of topics include communication, wellbeing, honest conversations, delegation, vision and values, conflict and managing stress.
Leadership and Management Programmes – we have a range of programmes from a 7-month outdoor experiential programme with coaching, to a 6-month Management programme with Action Learning Groups or a one day People Fundamentals for emerging managers to build confidence and skills.
Team Building events – Facilitated half or one day sessions both online or face to face using DiSC as a framework to understand communication and conflict styles and approaches to build high performing teams.
Employee Engagement Programme – We are well known for our expertise in this area and have a solution which can help you understand what is driving engagement in your business and what might be getting in the way. If you are planning on an employee engagement survey or follow-on survey for those of you who already work with us, then please consider getting this in before the funding ends.
All programmes will receive 40% funding from the European Social Fund (ESF) for businesses. Employers contribute 60% of the total cost of the business support. Funding is available until September 2021.
